Update December 8, 2016

Update December 8, 2016
Brought my Avalon back in for the 10,000 mile service, And, to try and get the Navigation system updated.
As I walked in to the service dept, I was greeted by my first name. Wow! Talk about being caught off guard. Turns out the company does read posts, but just hasn't chose to respond to mine. So I get to hear all the backlash about my comments on here, yelp and trip advisor. But found it funny that no one from the company wanted to correct or fix my issues. Well, it was a rough ten minutes, but i tried to keep my cool about the issue at hand, getting the navigation system updated. (driving all over Texas and ending up not where i wanted, or find myself driving thru forests and water, or having the system tell me either I'm on a different road or it just says "travel 6 miles on the road ahead" not even knowing the DNT or the SRT 121.
Was told they still didn't have an update, but i informed them i was told differently by two other staff, before coming out here.
I went into the waiting room to see what develops.
Well, turns out I was right and it took an extra 40 minutes to do. So, the service writer, Todd Packer is his name came out and sat with me going over what was done and about the update. It was a civil conversation and I actually felt like a customer.. And we parted on better terms. So, for now, I can say that they finally came thru. So, hopefully now, visits will be better..
Merry Christmas all!

Update September 26, 2016
Back to shop because all the tires lost air pressure. Have to bring back to "the dealership that doesn't care about it's customers". And, still no updates for the 2014 $7,000.00 Navigation system in our LEMON AVALON that we bought new in March 2016.
SERIOUSLY how can you not have updated navigation? My phone updates google maps monthly. EVERY 2016 Rental I get (3 to 5 a month) has new perfect navigation, EXCEPT TOYOTA!
A big joke. Bought a Lemon from a dealership that doesn't care one iota about their customers or in providing good customer service. Please, TOYOTA, buy this Lemon back from us!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Unless you are getting it serviced elsewhere!
Update Aug '16. After bringing my Lemon Avalon in for 5000 mile service (they just rotate the tires), fix a Recall (Really? 4 month old car), ask them to Update the 2 Year old navigation system ($7000) on my 5 month old car ( they CAN'T), and I ask them to check for way below recommended fuel milage ( avg 26-27 mpg travel mileage) All the full size rentals I drive weekly all get 34-37 mpg on the same trips. What the hell gives?
Only 330 miles per 18 gallon tank, if I'm lucky. LEMON! LEMON!
Again, as a Cash customer, No Service, No One Knows who the hell I am there, and I spend a lot of days with my LEMON in their shop. Thanks for the JerkOff, Lonestar Toyota.

Customer service AFTER the CASH Sale, Non-existent! Been back 3 times to update the 2 year old navigation on our 4 month new car. piece of crap.
in today for 5000 checkup, lousy mileage (16 to 19 mpg Less) than Chargers, chrysler 300 Cs and Impala LTZs, all comparable and rented monthly because ours is a gas hog Lemon. No one here gives a crap about a Cash Customer/owner. Not 1,word, not 1 call, not a thread of interest or communication after they got our cash.
Seats are soo hard, we have to stop 3 times or more on a 300 mile trip, and once to top tank as this 18 gallon tank CANT make it 330 miles to San Antonio.
LEMON LEMON LEMON AVALON!
No wonder they never show ads on tv for the avalon.
Thanks for the Lemon Sale and No service, Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville! Oh, 26 people scattered all over waiting on 3 to 5 hour service and not a Single Power source near any waiting area for charging phones and tablets.. :(
