Anne Summers Review

I was served by a girl that usually works at the Wardour branch and she was lovely and generally a great atmosphere in the shop. After a terrible experience at the Stratford branch I m really happy to see there are still nice people that work for Ann Summers!

In less than 30min I was measured, and received help to purchase 4 pairs of bras, knickers and matching suspenders belts if they were available. I have yet to find anywhere else that provides this great of a service so efficiently. I will be returning to this specific store (104-106 oxford st) in hopes to be served by Chez again as she is an asset to the company

My first time visiting the store. One of the staff came by my changing room and asked if everything was okay. When I replies yes, she paused and asked if I was trying on things in a manner that implied I might be doing something else...thanks for making the experience stress free. And after another 30min of browsing around, just as I found something I really wanted to try on they tell me I can't use the changing rooms anymore because it's 30min before closing time. Wth? Tell me that when you see me browsing I'm the store! Could have saved me 30min of my time. And no, I don't want to buy it, try it on at home and then hike all the way back here because it doesn't fit me. That's the whole reason I came to the store instead of ordering online

Great range of lingerie and toys and well priced. Thanks to the kind and funny gentleman who helped pull my Christmas shopping together over a laugh.

Not very helpful staff and the security guy was looking at every item I was picking up! I just had to leave as I felt uncomfortable! Thanks security dude!

Long wait. Non-existent customer service. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience.

I visited here back in 6/24/18
My visit at Ann Summers was exceptional. I was serviced by Tanya and Lucie. Tanya was very knowledgeable about fitting bras. She was able to find the right bra for me and educated me on how to find the correct bra. In addition, I loved Lucie's personality during the check out session. She's my British Wakanda Sister :)

The bras fit me well. The only issue that I have is with the straps. The straps are very thin for my G cup size. I know this is a meant for nighttime/lingerie however for my cup size and coming across bras my size is rare so I would wear my bras for longer period of time. I would suggest thicker straps for bigger cups. Thick straps matter!

A little selection of lingerie but not really much. There are some nice pieces for that. A meager selection of toys.

They close fitting rooms 30 min before closing time.

a very cute young worker with short hair called Zeynap helped me with my fittings today in the store. I was very happy with the help she gave me. I came out with a lot of new items. I m very happy with the store and it s workers. Thank you Zeynap

Black woman working there was very rude. She refused to refund an unworn item and claimed I opened it. She called the manager and I lost some money. Due to very bad material of their lingerie , i won't be buying again. And also due to rudeness of staff.

Real pretty things also technical aids, just about the most beautiful thing in the world. On sale great reductions.

There is always a good deal going on in here, the staff are friendly and helpful I always find what I am looking for whether it be in this branch or not. The store try to stock the most up to date items but it is a smaller branch

The 2 females working around 20:30 on 18th Jan were amazing. Such good customer service, really helpful and you can tell they love what they do. I would definitely go back to this specific store just to be served by them. It can be awkward going into a lingerie shop but if anything they made it feel so warm and welcoming and ready for a laugh.

The selection of products was huge and the staff were mature enough to not laugh at my giggling girlfriend as she was purchasing a pack of anal beads (they were a gag gift).

Wanted to ask the manager/supervisor a question about an alternative payment method - she ignored me and chatted on the phone for 20 mins while I stood right in front of her waiting. Disgusting customer service.

Staff utterly hopeless. I was standing very obviously at the counter abd two members looked straight through me and carried on mooching around the store. When on did deem to serve me, she insisted that she put back the on item I decided was too big, which lived at the other end of the store, before completing my purchase. If she had covered tge ground there and bacj any slower she would have been stationery.
