My phone arrived yesterday after 17 working days and a lot of stress. Unfortunately I did not read all the reviews first as the company was recommended by one of the very few customers who had a good experience. When my phone failed to be dispatched within the promised 7 days I read the reviews and started to panic that I may not receive my phone or a refund. Emails to customer services ignored and impossible to get through on the phone. I eventually received notification that my phone had been dispatched half an hour after managing to get through to them on the phone and threatening further action. It arrived the following day.
Very happy with the phone, an iPhone 7 in good condition. It s like new and so far no issues with it. Personally I would never purchase a phone from this company again as their customer service is diabolical and I have zero confidence that if anything does go wrong with my phone it would get sorted.
