Delays, delays, delays. This is all you will hear from QMF. Took 24 days to get my phone and even then I only got it due to threatening them with Trading Standards, my Credit Card fraud team and legal action. I don't know if the emails were lies or just really bad customer service. No updates given until chased and the order tracking on the website never updates.

I have a feeling that QMF sell unstocked items and then look to buy those items only after receiving the money. The company needs looking at by Trading Standards as something isn't right with them.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Reply to response: Surely you should QC items before they are put on sale. Therefore, until they have been QC'd, they are not in stock. What happens if an item fails the QC? My point is still valid, this company lists items that are not in stock (not fit for sale if you want it another way...)
