Orders iPhone 6 plus two months ago for caught Xmas present. Phone arrived late and broken sent back beginning of December after many promises and LTS of emails they sent the phone back yesterday, apparently fixed, which was a lie still broke and added problems with it. Not responded to my emails for replacement, I don't want it fixed again I want a new one, contacted action fraud and trading standards now and in the process of telling the ilford recorder paper my story as well, should be a shamed of yourself conning people.
Their phone line may are always busy and when you email they give an automated reply with half baked answers. Terrible customer care!!!

I sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 to Quick Mobile Fix to have its misbehaving power button fixed. Although the lack of email comms to confirm receipt of my device etc. was a little disconcerting, the website provides further information about the progress of the job, and in any case the phone was back within a couple of days.
Unfortunately the repair was not initially successful - in fact it was hard to say whether any work had actually been carried out. After a couple of emails to and from customer services, I was invited to send the phone back at QMF's expense and lo! and behold this time it arrived back fully functioning.
So overall I am happy with the service, but rating four stars only because I had to send the phone in twice before I was satisfied.

The phone I ordered took over a month to arrive. The phone they sent didn't work from the outset, the charging port was faulty and the battery life poor. I was locked down in Spain, and contacted them immediately to let them know there was a problem - I couldn't send it back because I did not have a residents card and therefore could not go out to send it. I said I would do as soon as I was back, and they implied that they would honour the battery warranty because of the lockdown. Once they received it, they said I would have to pay for the return and the repair (a new battery), because there was water damage. There was no water damage. After 26 days and multiple emails, I asked them to send the phone back to me unrepaired, I provided the return address in my original parcel. They sent the parcel back to spain, to a souvenir shop. I now have no phone and no way to get it. An absolute disaster. They cannot be contacted by phone and they do not care about customer service. They might be cheap, and you might get lucky with a good phone, but if there is anything wrong, you will regret using this company.
Very good company to deal with, I was very pleased with the iPhone I purchased from them.

Ordered an iPhone 7 more than 2 weeks ago still no sign of it having been despatched. Slow to respond to emails and then only to say they have passed it to the responsible department. However, they haven't been slow in taking the money. This may turn into a one star review.
Update cancelled tbe order as still no sign of it and told will have to wait for a refund which will be 2 weeks - based on other reviews it will probably be longer. Reported to Trading Standards.
Waited a week for an update on the order, took ages to get back to me. I said that I would cancel my order on Thursday, if I didn't hear back by the Friday evening. Acknowledgement was sent back on the Thursday evening, never heard anything back so I sent an email on the Friday night cancelling my order. Can't wait to see how long it takes to get a refund through. Going to another company who will hopefully be able to process the order before the year's up unlike QMF.
I was given no updates regarding my refund from the company, fortunately I d paid using PayPal credit who resolved the case for me.
In the end I went to another competitor and the phone arrived the day after ordering. So happy days.

I would like to add my comments to those already posted. Does ANYONE have anything good to say about this company? I agree with most others in that it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone. We have made the mistake of purchasing two phones from them. Both, needless to say, were faulty! It seems the only way to reach anyone is by email and, once any kind of response comes through, it's obvious the person responding has not read my emails..........!! I waited nearly three weeks for a replacement phone - only to receive the one I returned and it still does not function!!

Sent my ipad to repair the top screen, turn around was quick and got the device back after 48 hours and threw in the new case, I was delighted but after switching on the device, I quickly learned that they broke the LCD screen which was perfectly fine before! No wonder I got the new case !!! Sent the device back again for further investigation but after a week waiting, no respond at all. So I chased them up but they denied the claim and refused to repair it! Offered me petty 5% discount after talking to the manager but still refused to take the responsibility so in the end, I asked them to send the device back. I then submitted the same review to Trustpilot, the review website they used for marketing and guess what, they immediately replied and block my review straight away. If you check the reviews on Trustpilot, only positive ones are allowed on there. Please stay away from this dodgy company and don't make the same mistake like I did!

This company is a complete and utter fraud, running a malicious and, in my opinion, a criminal scam that will take your money and use all means to avoid ever refunding you! They couldn't fulfil the product I purchased online. I highly doubt the 'stock' shown on their website was ever accurate in the first place. They took my money in June and to this day I have still not received my refund - for a product they were never able to fulfill! Their probably bogus customer service team repeatedly say my case is being "investigated" urgently by their "finance team" - lies, lies, missed deadlines and malicious delay tactics! I suspect they need our money to prop up their cash flows or else face insolvency.

Purchased a phone that was in stock. There was no way to track the phone delivery or any communication from them, after 10 days I contacted them and asked when the phone would be delivered. Got the same patter as a few customers below about quality control and they could not give a timeframe for delivery, so I asked for a refund. That was on December 14th 2019 and I am yet to receive my refund. Contacted their customer service by email, I ve received no respectful response. They have no phone line, so the only way to get my money back is to see them in court. Think twice as there are better and more reliable sellers of refurbished mobile phones out there. Update received an email response advising of payment by the 14th April 2020, "this is the latest date we are providing". I'm unsurprised that the date came and went, with no refund.
Please avoid. I cancelled my order as they could not deliver in time and now being told have to wait 14 working days for refund. Many many people on social media in same situation. Avoid

Don t buy from this company it s a complete waste of time and money, their customer service is terrible. I ordered 2 iPhone 7 grade A bundles and it was not dispatched in the time they said it would be, I had to keep emailing them and asking for it to be dispatched. A few weeks later I received only the iPhones. Didn't even charger and they were not grade A condition, absolutely dissatisfied with this company they take weeks to actually reply and help you out so I would save your time and buy from somewhere else.
Would rate 0 Stars if I could. I now have an email exchange of 15+. All I have asked for is a refund, think about it, if you went into a shop and asked for a refund it'd be the equivalent of asking a goldfish.
Now lets get onto the refund process, I am still waiting my refund. They have told me the 4th of April now the week of the 12th, which by the way is a Friday so what they meant week starting the 8th. Telling me they have a backlog, how is that my problem? Do not "advise" me on a date that you clearly cannot meet. Don't lie to people. Clearly I am not the only one. I am fed up of the lack of care from them whenever I ask.
They reply once a day because they cannot face dealing with all the complaint in one go by the seems of it. I understand relevant authorities are closing in on them and I soon to add my complaint to their list if they do not refund me my money this week, like they say they will.

My Son wanted his first Mobile Phone, so having read some great reviews on Quick Mobile Fix i decided to buy a refurbished Iphone 8. this phone arrived when expected, well packaged and best of all i have the confidence if the phone fails within 12m i have received a 12m warranty. Quick Mobile Fix, is a hilarious name considering the only 'Quick' thing about it is how quickly you realise what a terrible mistake you have made purchasing something from them. If the concept of infinity is true, then I am fairly certain that in a parallel universe, Quick Mobile Fix is actually quick, actually fixes things and offers a good service. However, the Quick Mobile Fix I have been dealing with, is sadly none of the latter.
I wouldn t say it s the worst customer experience you could ever have, (You could pay for a bungee jump and the company forgets to attach you to the bungee cord, or you could pay for a cheese and tomato sandwich and it turns out to be a cheese novichok sandwich) to name a few.

Very unhappy with the service from this company. They had my phone for over 2 weeks to carry out a screen repair. When I finally got it back the quality of the repair is very poor. The new screen is unresponsive and has made the phone almost unusable which I can only put down to poor workmanship. I deeply regret not paying the extra to take it to Timpsons. Emailed several times to be told its a quality control issue and would be sent out. Rang customer services was told it would definitely be posted out to me that day, it wasn't. Rang the following day (today) was on hold for over an hour, was top of the queue for 20 minutes with no one answering, when it finally got picked up the said hello twice and put the phone down, didn't give me a chance. So I rang again - absolutely fuming!! The guy who answered said it was in a queue to be dispatched and would be either today or tomorrow. So I said the guy had lied yesterday, but the agent didn't think this was a lie. I must admit i was shouting and really, really angry by now. He didn't help by telling me I wasn't prepared to listen, and didn't understand the technical stuff, and was adamant that telling me yesterday it was going out that day was not a lie. I am still being told quality control issues, but no one seems to be able to explain what that is. I asked to speak to a supervisor but no one was available. I have been offered nothing by way of compensation for this ridiculous fiasco.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Bought a phone in March, cancelled due to delivery delay, now no phone and no refund. We have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months. Their response is always the same. Tell us we will get it by May 20th still no refund. We will now be taking legal action against this company.
My advice would be to AVOID this company at all costs. What they advertise is very different to what they deliver in my experience. Waited 7 working days for delivery, and recieved nothing. When I contacted customer service I got a generic reply saying dont contact them until 10 working days had expired.
I then got told that the phone will be another 14 working days, due to a delay. I asked to be refunded immediately and was then informed that it will take 2 working days to get approved and then another 14 working days to be processed. I obviously challenged this but just got another generic email stating the same rubbish. Very poor Company and even worse automated customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible company, waiting over a month for a screen repair with no answers to my email.
You may as well take your money and set fire to it! I was sold an iPhone 6 that wouldn't even switch on. When it did it would stay on for about 1 minute then the screen turned black, then nothing. I waited 13 days for it to arrive and the disappointment was awful as it was a present for my son. I returned the phone by Tracked parcel but was told there was a delay in deliveries and it hadn't arrived. So the the tracking information, with a date, time and signature must of been a figment of my imagination! After sending them that info I got an email and as if by miracle my parcel had arrived. Currently awaiting my refund, which should arrive within next 7 days or 5 working days (that information depends on who replies to my emails) I have advised them that if my refund does not show up by the 16th August am filing a claim through the Small Claims court. Which I forsee will be happening (according to lots of other review sites) Just Google feedback on this company and its all there. Please do not waste your money with this company as the only thing they do provide is a lot of stress, worry and upset, after taking your money of course. Just a scam!
Update: Dear QMF, you don't need my order number as you have my name and numerous emails from me. Please don't bother replying with your usual generic replies. Just refund my money as I am legally entitled to it as you sold me a broken phone that was not fit for purpose!
My wife paid for her phone in Oct, received and it was faulty. Sent back in Nov and still awaiting the device. Customer services have been appalling and rude and promised the device would be sent the next day. I have phoned everyday for the last 6 days and this is what they keep saying. Been offered a slight refund but this has not materialised... Very poor service and would never use again!

Bought an iPhone 8. Happy with it until it got wet and stopped working at which point we realised that unbeknown to us it had been given a replacement back panel and so was not water resistant anymore. They advertise that they will dispatch within 7-10 days. 11 days on I looked at the tracking data; it said that the order was still being prepared but when I chased their customer service informed me that it had failed quality control - I could wait longer or ask for a refund. However, just to refund your money (even when they have not sent any goods) they inform you that they require 14 WORKING DAYS. 16 working days on I chased my refund only to be told that it will take their finance department another 10 working days to process. I have complained to Trading Standards.

Appears to be Virtually impossible to get through on phone. The number just rang out. Last time I tried I was no. 10 in queue. It probably would have taken up to 90 minutes for the number to ring out again.
