Sent my phone in for repair in good faith. Expected the 24-48hr repair advertised. Have not been updated in a week, unable to reach anyone on the phone line, contact form returns an automatic reply.
UPDATE: Week 2, no repair, no phone, vague emails about "many hours" of work by technicians which are not credible. It's sat on a pile of phones somewhere and they are stalling.
