These guys are incompetent and don't care about decent service. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had an iPhone 5 with a faulty chip on the logic board which I had diagnosed by a repair shop in Edinburgh. I was told these guys could fix it so I sent it to them on April 10th with the details of the diagnosis telling them that the problem was on the logic board. On April 17 they replied to me saying there was a problem with the battery. I wrote back saying no, we had that tested and the battery was brand new. On April 24 they replied syaing they'd done further tests and it was the charging port. Again I told them the port was brand new and the problem was on the logic board. On April 28th they finally figured out what it was and emailed to say they were awaiting parts and there would be a 4-7 day delay. On May 9th they emailed to say they couldn't fix the phone and would be returning it. On May 22nd I emailed to ask where my phone was. Turns out they lost it sending it to me. It took them until July 13th - nearly 2 months later and over 3 months since I sent the phone to them to eventually get back to me to to say they couldn't find it and they would be sending me a "like-for-like replacement" for my broken phone. I have asked them to just pay me the value of the phone in its broken state. That saves them finding an exact like for like replacement (lord knows how long that will take them), posting it to me, then me selling it for scrap value and having to post that off. Yet despite their complete incompetence in diagnosing the fault and in losing my phone and inconveniencing me for 3 months, they're refusing to do even this one small piece of customer service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
