I ordered at phone on 3/4/20, I had a confirmation...

I ordered at phone on 3/4/20, I had a confirmation email so I thought great nice and quick. We re now on the 5/5/20 and still no phone and despite emailing them and getting in contact via twitter, facebook messenger and email they have not bothered to respond or help. When my boyfriend got in touch with them they just said just wait a week just wait a week and here we are now no phone still. Such a bad company to order from these phones aren t exactly cheap as well, I will be taking this further as I have spent a lot of money for a phone and not received it and my messages are being ignored. Do not order from here they take your money and don t sent your item!!!!
