AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely terrible company, please for your own sake have nothing to do with them.

Below is the history of an order that I was unfortunately enough to place with them. I have also left truthful reviews on Trust Pilot and QMF even tried to say I was breaching their guidelines and get my reviews removed. Then I see a lot of other questionable reviews saying how great they are, please make up your own mind but see the multiple bad reviews.

My review is this.....

Update-They tried to say to the lovely people at Trust Pilot that my review wasn't the truth etc, so I had to send TP all the mails etc. TP saw that what I stated in my review is 100% accurate, so many thanks to the good people over at TP, keep up the good work.

You will see a reply at the bottom of my reviews from QMF saying "please get in touch" I would of thought the 10 or so emails sent to them was getting in touch wouldn't you.

Update-They just keep mailing. me. saying the same thing again and again, which is why the review says they have contacted me, but what's the point if its copy and paste replies saying the same thing.

Please Google the name of the company and see that Trading Standards have visited them, no doubt because of their shocking behaviour towards customers. I'm certainly giving trading standards a ring tomorrow and ask them to visit them yet again. I suggest any other customers do the same.

MESSAGE TO QMF, PLEASE DON'T BOTHER CONTACTING ME UNLESS IT'S SAYING YOU HAVE REFUNDED ME, NOBODY IS FOOLED BY THE NOTE ON THE REVIEW SAYING CUSTOMER CONTACTED ETC.

UPDATE-QMF mailed me to say that they definitely will refund me in November, but firstly its far far too long, and secondly I don't trust they will do as they say. I will keep posting until I get my refund.

UPDATE-QMF have been in touch telling me that they will refund me on the 6th NOVEMBER, yes nearly a months time, again citing Covid as an excuse. There's no way it takes that long, and going by other contributors experiences I have absolutely no confidence they will meet this date as they haven't honoured the last promised payment date.

I have requested they refund me by Wednesday 14th, but they will no doubt send me a copy and paste reply.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a phone, said it took 10 days, after 14,it still hadn't arrived. Asked for a refund and they first tell me it takes 14 WORKING DAYS, then says it takes longer due to covid. I have sent them various mails requesting a refund and all I get is a copy and paste answer.

Ever since I have cancelled I have had many unsolicited calls (car accident etc) as well as suspect use of the same credit card I paid with.

Please don't believe any of the false positive reviews, these people have been visited by trading standards and are an absolute menace

Waited the 14 working days they say it takes to process a refund - a joke in itself. That date passed, I contacted them again, was given another date in the far future to receive my money back. That date also passed with no refund. Eventually claimed my money back from my bank. Worst ever experience with an online purchase.

And the real kicker..... up to 14 working days to issue a refund!

I cannot believe how horrifying this service actually is. Have since ordered a phone from Envirophone who have better reviews and seem a lot more trustworthy.

Quick Mobile Fix are not a trustworthy or reliable company and it surprises me that they are still in business with how their customer service approach.

The phone looks brand new and since we got it it works great, no problems at all.

Beware this company! Ordered a reconditioned iPad. Was told 7 days delivery. After 11 days asked where it was. Told would dispatch "mid to end of next week". Cancelled. Was told 14 days for refund. Checked bank statement, nothing received 6 weeks later. Asked why, was told would be another week for refund. Have instigated chargeback on my card. Suggests either crooked, grossly inefficient, or in financial difficulties to me.

There are some serious problems with this company. They advertise phones they clearly haven't got. There is a long despatch time which they blame on stringent quality checks but as soon as paypal raise a dispute the phones in the post. Happy with the phone that was sent, but I can't recommend anyone uses this company.

Shouldn't be called Quick Mobile Fix. My phone only went in for the charging port to be repaired and they have had my phone for 25 days and their communication has been terrible. The tracker is rubbish and doesn't tell you anything and their e-mail correspondence asks you to ring them but they never answer the phone and the line is constantly busy. Terrible service and would never use them again.

I used three separate suppliers for devices that needed repairing and used QuickMobile's postal service to repair the screen on my daughters iPhone 4. It was very smashed up and the front camera was broken. The service worked efficiently and the phone was returned repaired within a week. After being hounded by my daughter to replace her broken phone for an iPhone 6 - which was never going to happen - she is happy with the repair and has stopped going on about it (phew). All in all the service delivered what was expected and of the three suppliers I would say they rated on the higher end of the scale for customer satisfaction.

Me and my partner ordered a Samsung S6 each and ended up waiting over a month for our phones, when they finally arrived they were already damaged - one has water damage (my one) and it's still spreading and the other one's battery is messed up massively so we have to eventually get new phones.

We cannot sell to CEX as phones are too damaged so big loss of money.

Didn't want to get a refund as we saw people were waiting months and months to get their money back & didn't want the stress again. Also the phone cases don't fit at all.

Please do not buy from here they are awful and you'll be left waiting for so long for awful quality phones.

3 and a half week wait for an iphone 8 and even then the next day delivery took 4 days.
When i unpacked the phone it had scratches all over the screen.
Now i have sent the phone back and been told it will be another 2 weeks for a replacement. THAT WILL BE 6 WEEKS FOR A PHONE. I very much doubt the phone i do eventually receive will be worth the money.

My advice is to stay well clear of Quick Fix Mobile. I wish i had used music magpie instead

The phone quickly developed a problem with the audio, but when I contacted Quick Mobile Fix they told me to try a factory reset, and that worked. I'm happy with the phone and the service.

phone mid Jan. Then well the phone was faulty sent the phone back, well in March still waiting. It's been a very bad service and a very slow process, if you want snail paste dilivery and a serviced that takes ages to reply. It's a very frustrating company as you dont get to talk to any body directly.

AVOID at all costs. There is nothing quick about Quick Mobile Fix as I sent my device to them 7 weeks ago for a screen repair and I'm now being ignored. In fairness, their website does say MOST device repairs will take between 24-48 hours and I did get an email (after I had to prompt them for an update) to say the parts were on back order - which is funny because in my industry 'the part is on back order' means 'we've forgotten all about it so I'll just go order it now.'

I have had to continuously ask for updates, the phones never work when you try to call and I receive generic emails to say someone will get back to me within 24 hours - they never do. This has been going on for almost 2 months and I'm yet to receive a reasonable response. I honestly believe my device has been sold to someone else or has been stolen by a fraudulent company (along with my money).

Please don't use Quick Mobile Fix and if you're having the same problem I am, I strongly recommend getting in touch with Citizen's Advice who will then point you in the direction of Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

I know I'll be getting a generic response from QMF to say they're sorry to hear about this and a member of the team will be in touch shortly etc etc but I really don't buy it - you can't be sorry to hear about something through a google review when there's a 15-chain email conversation about the issue - mainly me talking to myself but it has definitely been received, read and opened multiple times because I have an open tracker on it. I don't know what this company are playing at, I just want my device and a full refund back so I can get it repaired properly by a reputable repairer.

I ordered a phone on the 22nd June and nearly a month later I still hadn't received it. I tried calling the helpline but the queue on hold was clearly appallingly long. On one occasion I tried holding. It took 95mins to reach No1 in the queue and then I was cut off. When I wrote to complain I was offered no explanation or apology. When I confirmed the cancellation of my order I was told it would take 14 working days for a refund. We're now 20 working days later, they don't reply to my emails and so I've had to ask my bank to help retrieve the money. AVOID.

The process of obtaining a refund is ongoing, 2 months post initial order, and they miss every deadline they set for processing a refund.

Very cheap compared to other refurb companies with a variety of phones to choose. Issues with it however are the fact theres no option for them to post the phone quicker, such as next day delivery. Also, the phone received sometimes plays up and types without pressing anything. Although, with the one year warranty, sending it back for it to be fixed is no issue at all.

Do not use, check reviews here and on Trust pilot first. I ordered a phone in November'20 for my daughter's Christmas present. Was suppose to be delivered within 10 working days. When it wasn't I contacted them, I received an email stating it was going through checks - I would have thought these checks would have been done before advertising the phone, I waited a further week still didn't received the phone. At that point I read trust pilot reviews (wish I'd done this first) and saw plenty of people had similar experience. I emailed the company and asked for proof they actually had a phone as it seemed they were selling phones they didn't physically have in stock. Although they said they had the phone they couldn't supply me with any proof, I was worried I wouldn't have it in time to give my daughter at Christmas so cancelled the order. A refund was suppose to take 14 days, it is now 10th Feb and I still haven't received. Everytime I contact them they blame Covid and give me a date for when to receive the refund, it never comes and they then send another email with a date further in the future. They are a scam don't use, they take your money and do not give it back. Bad comments left on Facebook get removed.

Extremely poor service, paid for a iPhone 7 waited 2 weeks still no delivery. Phoned customer service to be told they had a backlog asked for the order to be cancelled. Received a call 1 hr later asking if I still wanted the phone as it was ready for dispatch so I agreed. A week later still no phone contacted them again by message as there phone lines were being updated to be told they had found an issue with the phone during their rigorous testing and one would be sent out ASAP. Received a phone 31/2 weeks later and it s faulty!!! Been in contact with them to be to to do a hard reset and this should sort it no such luck also the battery percentage is at 84% so no refurb done!! Still waiting for a response. Stay away from this company they are the worst company I ve had to deal with.

If you check out most reviews on here and Trustpiolt my story is similar.. order not shipped on time.. no help from cut and paste emails about when it might be shipped. Phone broke after 11 days of use and took them over a month top fix it leaving me with no phone.
Now the charger is faulty on the new one and no response from customer service.
Also I was told i would receive an Amazon voucher for leaving a review which I never received. These guys are CON ARTISTS.
I am now stuck with a faulty phone.
This is the worst company I have ever used.

Also after sending my phone back they said they had not received it even though I checked the tracking and it was signed for. After several days they got back to me and asked for my tracking number. Magically it turned up. I dread to think what would have happened if I lost my tracking receipt.

I have contacted trading services and hopefully they get put out of business.

Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish! I was quoted an offer price for my mobile, then received a reminder email as I'd not sent it due to work commitments.

I posted the mobile and 2 days later received an email stating it had been received and payment would be processed subject to internal checks. Within a few hours I received another mail confirming the payment had been processed and would show in my bank within 3 to 5 working days. Sure enough on the 5th day, the money was in my bank account.

Really impressed and would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone whose considering it.

Bought a phone from this website on the 28th of August, the email says that it will be despatched up to 7 working days, and if I haven't received a confirmation of dispatch email by 14 working days I should contact them. I contacted them and was told that my phone would be dispatched on the week of September 16th. I waited and the week passed, no email, I then contacted them again and was told that my phone was ready for dispatch on the 23rd but could be the 25th, I waited again, nothing. I then emailed again and have now been told that my phone will not be dispatched for another 2 weeks. Absolute joke. Having not phone has had a huge impact on my daily life and they have refused any request for compensation.

I will not be using this company again, and I urge other not to unless you want a long wait for your product and no information unless you contact them.

Update: My phone never came, and I am now waiting for a refund.

I ordered an 'A' grade phone for a birthday present - they sent less than a C grade - it took them a Month to exchange this and 41 emails from me trying to escalate this into a complaint - to this day has never been resolved and was never escalated despite me asking at least 5 times - and to add insult - they don't even read the emails - just give 'standard line responses' We returned everything as requested - they then never sent the charger or the unused free screen which was part of the deal - When I tried to chase this up again so we could at least charge the phone - they then sent the same charger lead and flimsy screen back claiming it was 'compensation for the long wait and appalling customer service!!! - I gave up in the end - I would never buy from this company again.

I bought a phone from them and from their responses it is clear they had no intention of ever dispatching. When challenged, they cancelled the order and have not refunded me. Avoid like the plague!

Seriously really consider other options before entertaining Quick Fox Mobile there name is a polar opposite of what they actually deliver.

The third replacement failed immediately and more importinantly was dangerously hot to touch whilst being charged !!! As a qualified sparky my charging device was checked and tested and continues to works safely on other devices.

This has been sent back and are still waiting for a reply weeks after sending it.

If the quality of the phone(s) weren t bad enough we estimate to have been calling Customer services for an update and have been placed on hold for in the region of 10 hours without a satisfactory outcome.

We even have it in writing that they would call before 5 pm on Thursday, it s now Tuesday evening, no surprise ! no phone replacement , no phone call !!!!

We are now perusing through the small claims court for a full refund and have reported to trading standards.

If you have had a similar experience I would urge you to call trading standards to see what your rights our as a consumer and to make trading standards aware that In my case (possibly yours) that a company is acting in this way to a consumer.

I beg you all please please stay away. I purchased a phone for my son last year, it broke so I had to pay for it to be sent back not an issue. I was told the phone could not be repaired so a replacement one would be sent. Countless Emails Fb and Instagram messages and nothing. Oh but they did block me from leaving comments on their FB page and I can no longer send them FB messages screen shots to prove this. Countless screen shots of emails and the very few replies I have got which all day phone will be sent in 3/5 days, 3 months later nothing. Stay away shocking service shocking company.

This is the worst company ever !! I bought a phone foe my daughter 's birthday it arrived after 1 month to my horror it was faulty and had to send it back then to find out they didn't refund me back I chased up with emails as you can't contact them to say refund after 14 days and refund was never actioned we are in October and every month they say due to covid there is delays!! This it absolutely lies !! They are fraudulent company and just taking our money i had to take this with my card provider as I don't think they will ever refund !! Please please don't buy from this company !!
