Ordered a phone and expected to receive it within 10 days. Nearly 2 months later - still no phone. I then asked for a refund which was to be processed within two weeks. Nearly two weeks later and still no refund. Absolutely shocking customer service. They have clearly advertised a phone that they do not have. They have used the excuse of Covid as a reason for a delay, however - every company is going through the same difficulties. I would not recommend this company at all. Look elsewhere.

The price of the phone was good. Although it took 2 weeks to arrive rather than the advertised 7 days. The condition of the phone wasn't the best either despite being advertised as in good condition. It was pretty worn around the edges. Ultimately though I would use QMF again.
Do not deal with these people. Sent in a phone for repair expecting a 5 day turnaround - told after 11 days that it would take 4-7 days for the part to arrive then told after 20 days that it would take 2 weeks for the part to arrive. Decided not to go ahead with the repair as they clearly couldn't be trusted and after 5 days still no sign of refund or returned handset. Small claims court and/or trading standards to get involved next.

This is a terrible company to transact with. I ordered a iPhone 6s plus on the 29th of November and still have not received the item. They advice me on the 23rd of December that the iphone has been dispatched but when I called the dispatched company they said quick mobile fix just made a Prealert but the physical item has not been process or sent to them. Quick Mobile Fix is an absolute scam. They quoted me the highest price for my phone and free returns so I chose to sell my phone to them. Two weeks later I receive part of the money I was expecting. I have emailed them everyday for a response and only once they emailed back to say they sent me a new revised quote and that I accepted it. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REVISED QUOTES AND DID NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE. They have lied, kept part of my money and my phone and won t get back to my emails. I have reviewed them on Trust Pilot and they have reported my reviews as spam! They are regulated by the FCA but don t have a complaints process and do not get back to emails within 24 hours as they state. I email everyday and no response by email for over 2 weeks! Do not buy or sell they are scammers! Still waiting to get this resolved!
Waited twenty seven days for a product I was told I would receive in fourteen. I cancelled my order and was told I would receive my refund in fourteen days. That should have been 13th April. I was then told my refund wouldn't be processed until 28th May! This company are conning people out of their hard earned cash. Do not order from them. I have taken further action.

24/48 hr repair service i was told but this took 3 weeks just having to do the minor in mending a cracked screen. I had to chase company constantly with no info or update i even went to the site to get my phone back which they refused, they spoke through intercom telling me they wouldnt give me a temporary phone. Very stressful as i am pregnant with no phone and i was going away on holiday where i had to buy a temp one elsewhere. Very disappointed

I ordered a grade A iPhone X. Having read more bad reviews than good about Quick Mobile Fix, I began to get really worried and thought I had lost my hard earned money. However, despite waiting 8 days for the phone to arrive I was really impressed with the quality of the phone. Literally a few minor scratches on the screen that are hardly visible but everything else is literally brand new. I like how they included a USB charging cable as well as a pin for the SIM card and a screen protector. The phone comes with a 12 month warranty and I couldn t find any other place that could beat the price! The only downfall would be the delivery time but I have to say it was well worth the wait. This company isn t a con. Their customer service and communication is excellent and when I emailed them about the delivery time frame they responded within a few hours! After sending another email asking about my order, I received an email from Jodie within 1 hour. Overall, a great company that provides high quality phones at bargain prices! Superb service and very quick. I was recommended to use by a friend who also had excellent service. I researched for myself on the website and asked a number of questions via the livechat service also which was really helpful and reassuring. Sent away the iPad mini using the all-inclusive postage service and iPad was returned 48 working hours later, together with free screen protector, new case and stylus. AVOID, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a used IPhone 6s in September 2018, when I received the phone it was faulty and the screen was unresponsive. The phone had a label saying checked by a technician before dispatch which indicates poor quality control.
I emailed customer service and returned the phone for a full refund instead of processing the refund I was sent an email saying your phone will be repaired and sent back.
I called customer service many times "very difficult as no answer the call" finally spoke to someone who confirmed i will get a refund. I received an email advising me I will receive a refund in 14 working days and i am still waiting, it's been over a month.
I have advised the company I will pursue my refund via the small claims court. Total headache dealing with this company. I will say it again AVOID.

I sent some iPhones and iPads with multiple faults (broken screens, volume button etc.) and had them back as new within a few days.
It also was cheaper service than in any high street mobile shop!

I cant even begin to write how devastated I am and how disappointed my son is!! they have had my ipad for almost a month now! which was supposed to be repaired in 48 hours as they claim! I have no idea how they communicate but they keep asking for the password and they disabled the phone then they need the icloud password to reset the ipad which I didnt have a problem with so I could just get it back!! between every attempt is about a week.. y the time they figure out the password is wrong it takes them a week to email me!!! I email them back on the spot or call them! last thing was i gave the person who answered the phone the icloud ID and password and he confirmed on the spot that it is the correct one and i should have the ipad in 2 days time!!! so almost a week later, i get an email requesting the icloud ID and password!!!! seriously I dont know what they are thinking but excuse me!! anyway, i reply telling them that I have already provided someone with the info.. then i get a reply asking me to confirm the email so they send the ipad.... then I do!!! then i get an email asking for the ID and password so they can carry on!!!! so i am not sure what this is? some kind of silly joke? or what!! and of course I cant get through their number at all..... not to mention that i have asked them to call me on diff occasions since that I am unable to get through to them! so now im left here with my disappointed son, being a terrible mum that promised her son that he will have his iPad back in 48 hours... and its almost a month and i have no idea where his iPad is!! and if this is some sort of spam or joke!
Terrible experience - reported faulty phone after 24 days of receipt (faulty camera microphone), 3 months later I FINALLY receive the 'repaired item' but it's still faulty! They're now not responding to my emails and refusing to refund me despite not providing the product of service I paid for.

I ordered an iPhone 6s, and despite it taking the full 10 working days (which is only clearly detailed in the payment process, rather than on the product page - slightly confusing), the phone arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and within 24 hours of dispatch.
Terrible service! It's been almost a month and I have still not received my phone repair back and the tracking function on the website denies I have an order. I alerted the customer service team who where less than helpful and extremely dismissive. Extremely poor service! Do not use!
Pretty much in agreement with all the other negative reviews. This actually is my first online review ever, if that gives any indication of my feelings.
Same story as everybody - you order a phone, it doesn t ship in the 5-7 days promised, you chase the, down, they offer you something different to what you ve ordered.
So, this happened, then the phone arrived with a camera lens that was completely misaligned. You ll grow old ever trying to reach them by phone; email is the only way. I suppose the one positive was that they issued the return label quickly; suppose they have lots of practice in this department.
Final insult to injury is that they then take 10-14 days to issue you a refund (I m still waiting myself). Steer clear. I ended up ordering from Lovefone, which definitely was a few pounds more expensive but a totally different and more positive experience overall. I d say with regards to QMF: you get what you pay for. Buyer beware!
UPDATE: May 26th - This gang of thieves still hasn t refunded my money, more than SIX WEEKS after they confirmed having received it. Order number ID154905. You email again and again, they have systems errors , have now processed the refund , etc. But no funds.
It s pretty clear that they are buying positive Google and Facebook reviews by the score. I challenge QMF to prove that more than 5% of their positive reviews are real people. Their Facebook likes. Uff. I give them 1%.
I m making it my singular mission to get these crooks shut down once and for all.
UPDATE: June 8 - I recommend initiating the claim process on day 15 when (not if) they make their excuses about system problems, saying their finance department is looking into it, etc. They ll keep lying and stringing you along otherwise. Sometimes the responses are semi-coherent, sometimes they appear to be written by a moron. Either way, it s always false information that they ll feed you. It must just be part of their business model to hope that people will give up hope of receiving their refund.

Now, now, now...where do I even start with this review. I bought 3 phones around November; an IPhone 6 and 2 iPhone 6+s. They arrived swiftly enough, but before I could even breath problems arose. From cameras to home buttons nothing was ever right with these phones. Glitches were rife and the hardware was shoddy with an abundance of scratches, scuffs and cracks. Yet I cajoled with this company valiantly believing that they would soon get it right. But they never did; for goodness sake they once even lost one of my phones in a warehouse and somehow made it seem like I was in the wrong. Now the latest problem has gotten on my last nerve. One of my phones came back from one of its numerous repairs with a small crack near the button which I thought nothing of as I have often seen these kinds of things on other phones from this company. However as time went by the crack got larger and larger despite the fact I never dropped the phone once. When I ask for a repair under the warranty, for some reason in one of their many passive aggressive emails they then say I have to pay. I did not cause this crack in any way therefore why should I have to pay for it. Anyway they've been nothing but unhelpful in this situation. I won't be purchasing anything from this company ever again, and I urge you not to as well. Waste of your time and money. Take your money else where.

QMF repaired my water damaged Huawei P10. Quality wise they seem to have done a good job from what I can tell, but LORD ARE THEY SLOW!! I put the phone in the post on the 10th of March, and eventually got it back today, the 17th of April! I paid additional costs, and provided passcode the same day it was requested, yet I've still had to wait over 5 weeks. Probably won't be recommending "Excruciatingly Slow Mobile Fix" to anyone else.

Dont use this company, sent phone in to sell to them. The received the phone as I've proof of purchase. No money received despite it being valued, just keep getting told it will be with me in (insert date even further away). Due to this the police will be notified, as will the ombudsmen and a claims court will be raised.
Be warned avoid this company like the plague. They don't like people challenging them and become abusive on the phone. They are criminals.

Sent my phone for recycling. My order was placed on Sep 12, I was finally paid on 2 Nov seven weeks after sending them my phone.
I'm genuinely surprised at all of the positive reviews for this company, as my experience was so bad. Let me elaborate:
* There's little to be gained from trying to call this company to get a status update on your order. I tried plenty of times to get through in the seven week period, and only succeeded twice. The first time, a week after placing my order and hearing nothing, I got through to a pleasant lady who told me I'd be paid in a couple of weeks. However, what she said ultimately turned out to not be true. The second time I managed to get through was after about six weeks, to a different lady. After taking my order ID, she hung up on me.
* At least they do respond to emails. However, a correspondence chain involving over 25 emails yielded little information. Typically the responses are not very helpful with fob-off responses like "We'll be in touch as soon as soon as we know more". They didn't.
I was relieved to actually get paid at the end of all of this. I genuinely thought I'd been scammed.
UPDATE: The reply below is symptomatic of communications with this company nobody has got back to me with an update.

Terrible company. Neither have I received my ordered items or a refund. They keep delaying my refund for weeks. Don t make the same mistake I did.
I didn't think any company could warrant reviews as good as theirs, but seeing as my son's phone was useless anyway, I thought I had nothing to lose. I sent if off about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon, with a smashed back screen and a non-charging battery. We got it back on Saturday of the same week, looking all shiny and new. Amazing service and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Yet another order from Quick Mobile fix that left me more than satisfied. The speed of delivery is excellent and everything arrived just as stated. Look no further for any mobile phone needs
Took a week to dispatch but very pleased with the refurbished iPhone SE grade A. Had absolutely no problems and looks like new.
Appalling service. Fobbed off with excuses at every turn, I had to hound them to give me my refund for a product that did not turn up on time. No contact phone number. Eventually got a refund nearly 3 months later after threatening legal action. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.
Product supplied was like new better than expected, my only gripe would be that although the advert stated that they aim to dispatch within 7 days, delivery actually took over two weeks from time of order.

I sent off my LG V30 to QMF at the beginning of March. I had dropped it a few days previous and saw a fairly cheap price on QMF for the screen repair that I needed. Only after I had sent it off did I see some of the reviews. Lots and lots of 1 star reviews, people talking about how these people are scammers and that they received broken products. I started to worry a little and when I looked at some of the emails that they had exchanged with me they looked very similar to the ones that other people talked about and said that they had used to stall. However, a few days ago I received an email saying my phone was repaired and today I received it. Yes, they did take over 2 months to repair the phone, perhaps a little too long for a screen repair, but I did receive it today in perfect working order so I'm not complaining.
No customer service whatsoever - no empathy - no help when things went wrong. Ended up carrying out a repair of the phone elsewhere and being really disappointed - not even an apology!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I d like to start by saying I have never wrote a negative review before, but today was the day!
They are a complete waste of time and to be honest a joke of a company.
Real shame i wasted my time, so I can only offer the advice, please do not waste yours!
