I ordered a phone on the 22nd June and nearly a month later I still hadn't received it. I tried calling the helpline but the queue on hold was clearly appallingly long. On one occasion I tried holding. It took 95mins to reach No1 in the queue and then I was cut off. When I wrote to complain I was offered no explanation or apology. When I confirmed the cancellation of my order I was told it would take 14 working days for a refund. We're now 20 working days later, they don't reply to my emails and so I've had to ask my bank to help retrieve the money. AVOID.
