Bought a phone from them but it can take up to 10 ...

Bought a phone from them but it can take up to 10 days to get it. I needed a phone so i bought one from Samsung which arrived the next day. I was told my refund would be back to me within 14 days still nothing. Tried live chat but no response. Have left email today will see where that get's me. Beware people i don't think this company is very reliable
