Extremely poor service, paid for a iPhone 7 waited 2 weeks still no delivery. Phoned customer service to be told they had a backlog asked for the order to be cancelled. Received a call 1 hr later asking if I still wanted the phone as it was ready for dispatch so I agreed. A week later still no phone contacted them again by message as there phone lines were being updated to be told they had found an issue with the phone during their rigorous testing and one would be sent out ASAP. Received a phone 31/2 weeks later and it s faulty!!! Been in contact with them to be to to do a hard reset and this should sort it no such luck also the battery percentage is at 84% so no refurb done!! Still waiting for a response. Stay away from this company they are the worst company I ve had to deal with.
