Absolutely terrible company, please for your own sake have nothing to do with them.
Below is the history of an order that I was unfortunately enough to place with them. I have also left truthful reviews on Trust Pilot and QMF even tried to say I was breaching their guidelines and get my reviews removed. Then I see a lot of other questionable reviews saying how great they are, please make up your own mind but see the multiple bad reviews.
My review is this.....
Update-They tried to say to the lovely people at Trust Pilot that my review wasn't the truth etc, so I had to send TP all the mails etc. TP saw that what I stated in my review is 100% accurate, so many thanks to the good people over at TP, keep up the good work.
You will see a reply at the bottom of my reviews from QMF saying "please get in touch" I would of thought the 10 or so emails sent to them was getting in touch wouldn't you.
Update-They just keep mailing. me. saying the same thing again and again, which is why the review says they have contacted me, but what's the point if its copy and paste replies saying the same thing.
Please Google the name of the company and see that Trading Standards have visited them, no doubt because of their shocking behaviour towards customers. I'm certainly giving trading standards a ring tomorrow and ask them to visit them yet again. I suggest any other customers do the same.
MESSAGE TO QMF, PLEASE DON'T BOTHER CONTACTING ME UNLESS IT'S SAYING YOU HAVE REFUNDED ME, NOBODY IS FOOLED BY THE NOTE ON THE REVIEW SAYING CUSTOMER CONTACTED ETC.
UPDATE-QMF mailed me to say that they definitely will refund me in November, but firstly its far far too long, and secondly I don't trust they will do as they say. I will keep posting until I get my refund.
UPDATE-QMF have been in touch telling me that they will refund me on the 6th NOVEMBER, yes nearly a months time, again citing Covid as an excuse. There's no way it takes that long, and going by other contributors experiences I have absolutely no confidence they will meet this date as they haven't honoured the last promised payment date.
I have requested they refund me by Wednesday 14th, but they will no doubt send me a copy and paste reply.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a phone, said it took 10 days, after 14,it still hadn't arrived. Asked for a refund and they first tell me it takes 14 WORKING DAYS, then says it takes longer due to covid. I have sent them various mails requesting a refund and all I get is a copy and paste answer.
Ever since I have cancelled I have had many unsolicited calls (car accident etc) as well as suspect use of the same credit card I paid with.
Please don't believe any of the false positive reviews, these people have been visited by trading standards and are an absolute menace
I will submit a truthful review every day until I receive a refund.
