Totally inept and the worst customer service i ve experienced in years. They clearly have no phone contact provision, supply damaged goods and then blame 3rd party couriers (with no visible damage to the packaging!).

The process of obtaining a refund is ongoing, 2 months post initial order, and they miss every deadline they set for processing a refund.

I would avoid using Quick Mobile Fix unless you want to endlessly chase up broken promises for defective orders!
