Awful experience!!!!

Awful experience!!!!
I had to cancel the order because I couldn't wait 10 days to receive the phone.
Told me that they will refund the money within 14 days and after 18 days I have received no money and they don't reply to my emails.
They never pick up the phone.
I will contact national newspapers.
Do not trust the company
