I found unprofessional the fact that I had to change my phone color from blue sapphire to green because the one I choose wasn't available in store (then why advertising it??)) but regardless I decided to accept it

I received my phone, the scratches on the sides are acceptable and its good looking

But the phone glitches and freeze every time and it can't update to the new version of the software

And I don't want to write ABOUT HOW THE BATTERY DROP SO QUICKLY !!!

VERY VERY ANNOYED !!!

MINE WAS A SIMPLE REQUEST I WANTED TO BE REUNDED FOR THE FAULTY PHONE I BOUGHT, IS GOING TO A WEEK NOW AND MY REFUND IS STILL BEING PROCESSED.

I AM TIRED OF CALLING AND SENDING EMAILS !!
