Outrageously poor and perhaps even laughable Customer service.
Seriously really consider other options before entertaining Quick Fox Mobile there name is a polar opposite of what they actually deliver.
We purchased a 64gb iPhone 6 and received it in the time specified and in the condition stated.
The phone failed shortly after receiving it
Quick mobile fix took weeks to send a replacement
Quick Mobile Fix Sent a second replacement, it failed shortly after receiving it
Quick mobile Fix took weeks to send a third replacement
The third replacement failed immediately and more importinantly was dangerously hot to touch whilst being charged !!! As a qualified sparky my charging device was checked and tested and continues to works safely on other devices.
This has been sent back and are still waiting for a reply weeks after sending it.
If the quality of the phone(s) weren t bad enough we estimate to have been calling Customer services for an update and have been placed on hold for in the region of 10 hours without a satisfactory outcome.
We even have it in writing that they would call before 5 pm on Thursday, it s now Tuesday evening, no surprise ! no phone replacement , no phone call !!!!
We are now perusing through the small claims court for a full refund and have reported to trading standards.
If you have had a similar experience I would urge you to call trading standards to see what your rights our as a consumer and to make trading standards aware that In my case (possibly yours) that a company is acting in this way to a consumer.
