One star is too good for this company. Like countless other customers I too have been waiting for a refund, since May 8th to be precise. Given the financial situation some people find themselves in, for this company not to be giving them their refunds is an absolute disgrace, they should be closed down immediately by trading standards. Whatever you do, avoid this company, they are terrible.
