Sounds like going into store is much easier than online but what a complete farce. I would take up the entire Google page if I went to all the details about how I was treated this company. I sent my phone off in September and I did not have the phone issue fully resolved until late February and dealing with some sort of refund and compensation went on until April! I sent the phone off 5 times and each time it came back there was another issue caused by this company. All because I had a broken screen! The issues were (on all different occasions) speaker distorted, headphone slot broken, microphone in phone broke, phone not clipped back in properly, camera blurry and screen unresponsive in some areas.

I had indicated that I think a phone replacement would solve everything because every time they touched it there seemed to be another issue but they believed that it could still be fixed each time, despite them causing more damage to the phone. I had to go through Ombudsman (even though Quick Mobile Fix declined to work with them) to seek advice. Perhaps due to my naivety I did not purchase/have a spare phone to keep using my SIM and on one occasion they had it I left the SIM in the phone and they had it for over 4 weeks. I tried to claim compensation for my contract but they declined, I was under the illusion that they had a "3 day turnaround" . I only received compensation for the "work" they had done (a screen replacement and speaker, which they did not have in stock but I was not informed until I had made the purchase).

This company went to the bitter end to try and not refund me for the problems they caused and I still do not feel that the phone is the same but I cannot keep sending it back and forth to them for it to be messed up each time.

I am not one to moan and be unsatisfied with customer service but the way Quick Mobile Fix conducted themselves was disgraceful and made me out to be the person in the wrong when I was only looking for a solution to my phone problem.

Take of this what you will be but consider another company before using this company.
