I sent my iPhone 6s to Quick Mobile on the 1st May...
I sent my iPhone 6s to Quick Mobile on the 1st May, I received an email a few days later stating I would receive the money within 72 hours but guess what....I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! Despite almost daily phone calls (which take 30-60 minutes each time) and promises every time that the money will be in my account at 5pm each day, I still haven t received my payment! The staff must be trained to lie as they tell me exact times my payment has been processed by BACS every time I call, and promised emails of screenshots to prove they have sent the payment but I have received nothing!! AVOID THIS COMPANY....I have contacted trading standards and am now seeking legal action to either get my money or my phone back which is ridiculous, I have never experienced such a horrendous unprofessional company....THIEVES!!!!!
