Ordered a refurbished iPhone and it took 2 and hal...

Ordered a refurbished iPhone and it took 2 and half weeks to be delivered, when it arrived the lcd screen was damaged, i e-mailed them 3 or 4 times with only 1 response.
I then tried to call them but I was number 34 in the queue so the only way to get in contact was to call when the opened at 9am.
When I finally did get in contact they said they would refund me my full amount once they receive the phone back.
I m currently awaiting my refund
