Ordered a phone on the 20th April and no communica...

Ordered a phone on the 20th April and no communication from the company at all, tried phoning, sent an email and a message on their website and nothing. it is now 2nd May! really disappointed and I used them because they said they were quick and I needed it for my daughters birthday which WAS on to 27th :0( nothing quick about the service, I just hope I don't have to go to trading standards!
