I ordered a phone on the 10th March and they confirmed it would be dispatched within 7 days. I have attempted but failed on several occasions to contact Quick Mobile Fix to enquire about the dispatch date to no avail. I keep receiving promises of a call or update but almost 17 days after I paid for the phone I am still no wiser as to when i will receive the order.

Awful service - do not use. Untrustworthy - now starting to get concerned I will receive anything back.

Requested a refund a day ago and still waiting for an update from them.

In fact the exact same scenario as Charlotte has mentioned previously.
