Hi, i have placed an order on 22/11/2020 , with a view of getting the phone within next two weeks. Due to current situation i do understand there were delays, however response from company very poor with no indicative dates at all. In the end I had to buy phone somewhere else and have written to cancel my order twice in December and asked for a refund. No response at all! today (7th Jan'21) i get an email confirming dispatch if my order! this is ridiculous! I do not want to the phone anymore but my money! there is no customer service and any communication whatsoever! never again will I use this company!
