Very poor service. I do not know how the overall rating is still 3+. Its been 18 days now I have purchased a mobile, and now they are telling that it will take another 1 week or so to send me the mobile. Even mobile companies don't take 4 week to build a new mobile phone from scratch. Hopeless service. Last week after 13 days of purchase they told me that they are not able to deliver the mobile since quality test have failed. I do not understand whats going on is it like they have only 1 mobile phone which they are tying to fix or something? They can send me some other phone right? Or all their phones have failed the quality test? Then why still they have the mobile(with same specification I have purchased) listed in their website?
