DO NOT TRUST - UNRELIABLE AND INCOMPETENT. After purchasing a refurbished phone from them in February it stopped working this month. In my initial contact with them I stated I had moved house and I enclosed my new address on the email confirmation they requested and on the outside packaging. Now if, as they state, it is company policy to only get a change of address through email I cannot understand why the person I was in initial contact with didn't explain this. They company had my phone for over a week with no real updates on repair progress or what the problem was with the phone. The next contact made was to inform me that my phone had been shipped... to my old address 400 miles away in Scotland! I contacted them immediately to try to stop the delivery but every member of staff I spoke to about the issue refused to acknowledge that the company was at fault, claimed there was nothing to be done, and only continued repeating their original message - this is the address we have and here is your tracking number (which didn't work for the first 36 hours). My phone arrived at my old house and even when I tried to get the company to send a free postal label to my old house to have the phone sent directly back to me (at cost to the company as it was due to their error) the only offer was for my phone to be sent back to them and for them to try resending it - I did not feel they were competent enough to achieve this and am now having to pay for the postage despite them being at fault. I have been without my phone for two weeks now and have lost work due to my lack of phone.
Only leaving one star because I have to!
UPDATE: I had a person from my old address post the phone directly to me (the company refused to cover cost unless I sent it back to them to resend to me). The phone has arrived today and is once again broken!!!!
