iPhone arrived with an inferior screen (a cheap replacement which didn't work properly). Took over 3 weeks of negotiation for them to accept it back. Still not received a refund despite the phone being received by the company over 2 months ago. Having to go through my bank for a chargeback.
UPDATE 10th FEBRUARY - still no communication from them and no refund!
