SlowIpadNOTFixed would be a more appropriate name. Two weeks after ordering a replacement screen my iPad mini was returned (quoted repair time was 3-5 days), the new screen they had fitted was also cracked! Now they want me to send it back to them again and will not refund me! Not a chance. ORDER 103633
