Very poor - ordered a phone for my daughter - neve...

Very poor - ordered a phone for my daughter - never arrived within timescales - they had the cheek to say to me when I asked where it was that it takes up to 10days it s in the terms & conditions as I mailed early as I d had no communications - ( what jokers ) the days tick by nothing - then I say cancel the order and the sorry emails start to flow - now I wait for a refund .
I don t hold out much hope , probably going to have to take the legal route .
I will update all review sites - I ve learnt a hard lesson here -
ALWAYS read the reviews first.
