Avoid this company like the plague.
I should have read the reviews from other dissatisfied customers but, to my regret, I didn t.
I ordered a reconditioned mobile phone from them, for which they debited my Credit Card immediately. Their website states that refurbished phones are dispatched 3-5 working days after payment is made, then delivered the next working day. The email I received with the order confirmation adjusted this by a couple of days, stating: that orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days, but they aim to dispatch quicker.
When after 5 days I tried to check the progress of the order, they said that the 5 7 days was just an aim and not a commitment and that it would be dispatched as soon as possible . Finally, they did commit to a dispatch date, however the item was still not dispatched when they had promised.
I then instructed them to cancel the order and refund my payment. At this point, they then made some excuses about why the delivery was delayed and tried to assure me that mine was the next one to be dispatched. When it still didn t arrive, they asked for a further 7 working days to resolve it which I said was not acceptable and insisted the order was cancelled and my payment refunded.
Finally, they acknowledged the order was cancelled, but said it would take a further 10 14 working days to refund the payment. Needless to say, I am still waiting for a refund.
I am now progressing action through my Credit Card provider.
