what can i say other than a complete and utter useless company
please before you read any further, i urge you not to send your device here . it will only cost you your time, patience and will end in several weeks of calls until they send the device back to you... yes ... in the same condition it went in

QUICK fix, spent two weeks apparently working on my screen repair

day 3 , they ask me for 80 quid to repair the microphone. i said no just the screen send it back

day 7 i call. havent even looked at the device

day 8 9 and 10. everyone i speak to says yep will be sent out as soon as we check it

day 11 . they send me the same email asking for microphone payment . although i can see in the procedure notes it already says no to microphone. i say no again

day 12 13 and 14 i call every day to be told yep just put it though testing and its back . yet its obvious they have made no effort

day 15 they call me after my obvious call as normal. oh, we cant fix it . sorry we will send it back

completely incompetent verging on embarassing. avoid avoid avoid
