I sent my phone for repair and it's been nearly a month- still no real reason other than waiting for parts. It's a cracked screen- surely you carry screens in stock? I was told the parts would be there within 7 working days- that was 3 weeks ago. Order ID ID154095 . Either fix my phone or return it with a full refund today.
