Very poor service and unable to diagnose the issue...

Very poor service and unable to diagnose the issue. It took more then 2 months for Quick Mobile Fix to send my device back. I am surprised they were unable to find problem. When my device arrived, in minutes I was able to see the problem. Customer service is also very poor and lack of calling adds more problems.

Please avoid sending and getting the device fixed. I wish I has option to give negative start rating.
