I ordered an Iphone 7 over 3 weeks ago, still no p...

I ordered an Iphone 7 over 3 weeks ago, still no phone! I was advised at the time of ordering that it would be dispatched within 7 working days. 3 emails later and they still can't tell me when it will be dispatched.
My advise is DO NOT use this site, customer service is shocking.
There is nothing quick about this company. There are much more reliable and faster companies out there.
I only gave this 1 star because zero is not an option!
