I would NOT recommend this company at all, in fact, I think I've had the worst customer service from this company than any other in my whole life! I ordered a refurbished phone and paid for it in full, being assured from the website that it would be dispatched in 7-10 days. These days came and went and still no phone. While the company are quick to respond to emails (I could never get through on the phone line and despite saying there was a chat line on the website, I could not find this), I felt that the emails were so impersonal and almost like a template they sent to everyone. Each time I emailed, there had been some kind of generic delay, and I would be promised delivery in 3 days, 5 days, etc. or to be put on the priority list. A month had gone by and I was still receiving delaying emails, so I cancelled my order, very annoyed that my hard-earned cash had been sitting in their bank account for a month. I now am in the process of trying to get a refund, and of course I didn't expect this process to be any smoother. Of course, 7-10 days (as stated on the website) have passed and still no refund. Quick Mobile Fix are still sending out generic emails telling of some delay and saying that it will be paid in the next 7 days. I wonder if they're running a scam where they keep people's money in their accounts for as long as they can for the interest? I have lost all faith in this company to keep their word, and I would urge you to avoid at all costs.
