Awful experience, I would have put zero star if possible.
I made my order ID201923 and it's past the 10 working days stated. I have contacted them over and over again. Initially was told if I opt for a different colour the order would be dispatched the following day. I have been waiting and items still have not been received. I have called 15 times and they don't answer, it ends up just cutting off. I bought the items and paid for the items hoping they would arrive in time for the holiday break I have coming up but it clearly doesn't seem like I'm going to receive them. Worst customer service, I just hope I can get my money back. They take people's money and don't deliver
