Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Waited 2weeks to be sent a damaged phone. Impossible to get through on the phones and only seem to be getting 1 email per day with minimal response in them. No way to run a business. Do you actually have anyone working in your customer service department?! Beyond frustrated now. I have been left out of pocket with a damaged phone that is no good to me. Actually worried that when I do send the phone back I won t get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Reply: Yes you asked me when you could arrange a courier to collect the phone. This was two days ago and not heard from you since. Absolutely useless! Very slow service. *SIGH. Whats the point in providing a phone number when no one answers?
