Following my conversation with QMF I am changing my review. They still will not get 5 stars for sure. The core of their systems is good like generating a return label, email etc. That is where it stops. Human interaction is non existent.

But their overall communication is still very poor for example their landline. No point in even trying it and making your blood boil. Yes they do reply to your email but after around 2 hours. So if you are after something critical it may not get resolved in a jiffy. Also there is no consistency in who replies to your emails.

The customer service is hit and miss, some people have talked very highly of it while others have described it as very poor. May be I was at the wrong side of the stick and got a poor handset delivered.

I wish them luck but they will find it very difficult to retain customers if they continue like this.
