Our refurb phone arrived promptly and unfortunately did have a couple of glitches ( has been back twice). However Quick Mobile Fix have been excellent, fast and professional in correcting the problem. No hassle. No quibble and all is now good. Things happen, its life (!), we tend to gauge a good company on how things get rectified, hence the 5 stars because they have provided good service and the product is now fine, good value for money and would definately use them again.
