So disappointed and angry at the service I am getting. I should have listened and taken notice of the other reviews and not used Quick Fix Mobile. I purchased an iPhone X in anticipation of my first child coming and wanting to get good photos with its great camera. I placed the order on 27 June which I thought plenty of time ahead of of EDD of 24 July. I have just been informed my phone will not be dispatched until 19 July at earliest. If I cancel the order it will take over 2 weeks to have the money reimbursed to me. I was told I would get a call back last Monday from someone senior to discuss my case but have been ignored. They just take your money and have dreadful customer service when you do eventually get through. Utterly ridiculous and appalling company. I can t stress this enough. Do NOT use Quick Fix Mobile. This is not a one off. Read the other reviews.
