AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ordered a refurbished phone for my daughter at the beginning of Feb, it still had not arrived on 20/02, website quotes 7-10 working days. Their order tracker has never been updated and emails from their customer service have just fobbed me off, i.e very apologetic, having quality control problems, will just be a few more days. Wish I d reviewed them more thoroughly, there is a plethora of similar complaints on Facebook, check Quick Mobile Fix - Customer Experiences and Issues. To top it all they have taken payment!!
I ve cancelled the order, I hope that refund is more prompt.
