Ordered my phone on the 04/11/2019 - asked for a refund on the 25th/11/2019 as no phone arrived or any communication. Now the 31/12/2019 and no refund, phone or any replies. THIS COMPANY MAY BE CLOSING DOWN AND AVOIDING REFUNDS.
