I recently ordered an Apple iPhone 5S - White / Silver - (16GB) - Unlocked - Good Condition from Quick Mobile Fix. I urgently needed a phone as I was going away and my phone had broken. Previously we had had good experience with ordering from Quick Mobile Fix and so did not question ordering again from them. This time however I wish I had not! The confirmation email stated that the phone would be dispatched in 10 days or most likely sooner. I have heard nothing more and two weeks have past. I have emailed several times but not received and answer and have called many times and each time the phone rings for a while and then disconnects. This is appalling customer service and I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I have had to now go away with no phone and I have no way of finding out when or if the phone will actually arrive. I am appalled at the customer service and would not have ordered from Q. M. F again if I had realised that their service had gone so badly downhill. I sincerely hope that someone from the company reads this and immediately rectifies the situation so that I can at least contemplate writing something more positive as a review!!
