Bought a phone on 27th Jan. Never got the phone. Asked for refund 1 month ago. STILL NOTHING.
Scammer, lawyers are taking care of it.

Got my bank to do a charge back, quick mobile refused to give me a PROOF or ARN to prove the refund left their account.

Check their twitter - FULL OF ONLY DISGUSTED COMMENT ON THEIR POST.

THEY BLOCKED ME ON TWITTER - THEY IGNORE EMAILS UNLESS YOU HARASS THEM.

ps- quick mobile fix - don t bother telling me to contact your customer service. I want my money back and a proof it s on its way, not promises as inexistant as your work ethic.
