The worst experience ever. Quick mobile fix

1.Delivered the device I purchased late. They mentioned 10 working days and it took much longer than that

2. The device was faulty. After one month of use the sim card could not be recognised. I had to ship the device back from another country. The repair took double the estimated time (close to a month).

3. The device was again faulty. Leaving with a faulty device in the middle of a trip in another continent.

In every case they have refused to process a refund.

If there was a rating of 0 stars I would put it.

The device has cost me double the money with all the shipping and replacements.
