I ordered an iPhone on 8th April 2020 this was confirmed on the 12th April told it would take approx 7 to 14 days I waited and waited no response from them when they finally got back to me some weeks later after I asked for a refund they said they wanted it in writing even thou I had sent them numerous emails so several emails later I called my credit card company who created an issue and I thought had stopped payment I then had an email from this company that once the issue was sorted their finance dept would sort it out after all this time I had an email to say that I would receive a refund in July is this so it gives them more time to get more money in from innocent victims like me then they will put the company into administration they are a complete con company who take your money but don t provide the goods don t touch them with a bargepole
