FINAL UPDATE 15/7/18
I received the phone on Friday (albeit a different colour to the one I originally ordered, but I was happy to change to get a phone more quickly) and it is in excellent condition. I wondered whether I should change this review to 2-stars to reflect that, but it remains the case that I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get it and I think would still be waiting had I not annoyed the company by sending multiple emails, leaving social media comments and posting on here. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone, so 1-star it is.

I do not recommend this company at all. Ordered a phone from them 12 calendar days (8 working days) ago. Much is made on their website of a "next day delivery" however it is far less obviously stated that they "aim to" send the phone within 5-7 working days. After that if you don't have your phone you're advised to email them - which I did only to be told after 10 working days they will "investigate" the delay. Either they are taking weeks to put sold items in envelopes or are listing for sale items which they don't actually have in stock - they won't tell me which and either way they are enjoying interest on their customers' money whilst doing nothing more than sending generic fobbing off emails. Quick Mobile Fix, if you feel like doing something other than sitting on my cash, my order number is ID176320.

Edited to add: they ignored the email I sent yesterday and have been deleting my social media comments. I have emailed them today to say I want either confirmation that my item has shipped by the close of business today (if they have it in stock, which is doubtful) or a refund. Putting this up here because Google reviews seem to be the only place Quick Mobile Fix actually reply.

UPDATE 12.7.18
I was called yesterday by QMF offering to send me a phone today if I took a different colour one (no problem). I'll update on Friday if it arrives.
