I ordered a phone and cancelled the order within 10 mins back in September. I was assured that I would be receiving an email within 2 weeks. Here we are on 14/12 still without the refund and having just been told that it will be processed by the 20 Jan?!
Horrific customer service, I think this is a scam website...
