Shame you cant give zero stars.... this company is a joke, they let me down on a iphone i bought for my son for Christmas, I requested a refund on the 17th December & was advised it will take 14 days which is ridiculous but i agreed, a week later i receive an email a day before Christmas day telling me its been dispatched to me when i had cancelled the order, I contacted them and they told me to post it back to them, no offer to pay for the postage, i advised, no i will not sign for it & you contact the courier to get it back, so today i received an email advising me they have it back and it will now be up to 30 days to get my money back, my advise is stay clear as they cant run a tap let alone a phone company.
Added 10th Jan...what type of response is this, generic BS, don't you think ive not been emailing that email already ?? I emailed it again yesterday & the other 8 times and got nowhere, joke is you replied to my bad review on here before a received an email reply !!! please explain why i'm now being advised its 30 days !!!!!!!!!!! Added 16th Jan, STILL no refund despite more emails and I some how got through on their now working phone line and again a manager blagging me and now saying to me I won t get a refund until the 27rh Jan !!!! Idiots UPDATE 26th JAN - Still no refund, its now 6 weeks !! they lie to their customers and fob them off, STAY CLEAR of them and don't USE them as if you want a refund you have a fight on your hands. 30th JAN UPDATE : Still NO money - CROOKS
